Turning Pro! Duluth Native Amy Lemenager Signs First Pro Boxing Contract

Duluth native Amy Lemenager signed her first pro boxing contract and is set to fight in Duluth October 11th.


Lemenager is a former Proctor-Hermantown hockey standout. In her time with the Mirage, she broke all of the team's goaltending records. She went on to play soccer for the University of Wisconsin Superior (UWS) her freshman year as a forward and midfielder.

She began boxing at 13 years old, and at 19 she was ranked fifth in North America in her weight class.

She has had a successful amateur career and plans to debut on a card in Duluth on October 11th. Additionally, this fall, she will become a police officer.
