Marcus Pointer To Return as Duluth Huskies Field Manager

Duluth, Minn. - Marcus Pointer will be the guy in charge of the Duluth dugout at Wade Stadium again next summer in the Northwoods League as the Duluth Huskies announced he'll return as Field Manager.

Last season, the Huskies went 29-38 overall, but went 16-15 in the second half and made a run at a playoff spot. A roster violation caused them to vacate five wins.

Pointer was the Huskies Pitching Coach in 2018 and helped them reach the Summer Collegiate World Series.
