Duluth Huskies Fall in Close Match, Bismarck Larks Take Series Sweep

The Bismarck Larks extended the Duluth Huskies' slump to five games after defeating them 7-6 at Wade Stadium Wednesday evening.

For Duluth, Ramon Enriquez had two runs and two hits. Danny Zimmerman hit a home run for two Runs Batted In (RBI) in the bottom of the first. Jonathan Pierce pitched five strikeouts and Keaton Carattini pitched four.

Bismarck's David Mendham had one run, one hit, and two RBI. Cole Taylor had two hits and one RBI.

Next, Duluth (8-16) plays La Crosse (11-13) Thursday on the road. First pitch is set for 6:35 P.M. at Copeland Park.
