The NCAA Women's Hockey Frozen Four is returning to Duluth in 2023.
The Bulldogs have hosted the event three times already. The DECC hosted the event in 2003 and in 2008. The University of Minnesota (UMD) women's hockey skated away with titles both years. In 2012, AMSOIL Arena hosted the event.
"We're excited to once again showcase our premier AMSOIL Arena, as well as the Duluth community. It’s exciting to be planning post-pandemic for things the DECC was made to do."
