The Blitz are based in Duluth and are part of a ten-team league featuring squads from Minnesota and North Dakota.

So far this season, the Blitz are 9-3 and they won't have to travel too far for the championship game as they'll play the Grand Forks-based Tri-City Northstars on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Proctor. The Blitz believe.

"Going through and setting up our film and everything that we have. That is probably where I see why we did so well this year," says Terrance Wenzel, who plays running back, defensive back and returns kicks.

"We brought in the right recruits and right coaching staff and front office help and we were able to turn this organization around," says Defensive Coordinator Tony O'Neil.
