Youth Basketball Players Learning from Laettner

The man known for "The Shot" is sharing his knowledge with youth basketball players in Esko, as former Timberwolves player and college basketball legend Christian Laettner is in the area.

Laettner runs his own basketball academy, and the three day camp tipped off today.

Laettner led Duke to two national titles in the early 1990's, and went on to play on the gold medal winning 1992 dream team as well as 13 seasons in the NBA, including the first three and a half with the Timberwolves.

"I love doing this and I do it all the time, I do it year round , I do it a lot up in Minnesota because as you said I do love to go muskie fishing whenever I can. The main thing is my love for basketball. I love basketball that's my job now, it's how I make a living and I really enjoy doing it," said Laettner.
