UMD's Schmoll Earns All-American Honorable Mention Accolade

Duluth, Minn. - UMD Senior Hannah Schmoll was named a Fastpitch News All-American Honorable Mention for her efforts this past season.

An outfielder from Grand Rapids, Minn., Schmoll set single-season records in runs (64), hits (95), stolen bases (46) and stolen base attempts (49). She recorded career bests in batting average (.466), on-base percentage (.515), slugging percentage (.593), home runs (3) and RBI (47). Schmoll was named to the All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference First Team, the NSIC Gold Glove Team, the D2CCA All-Central Region First Team, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Central Region Second Team, the D2CCA All American Second Team and a Top 25 Finalist to the 2018 Schutt Sports/NFCA Player of the Year Award this season.

The No. 15 Bulldogs made to the the NCAA Super Regionals for the first time in program history after finishing 44-16.
