Duluth Wolfpack lacrosse wins big in season opener against Grand Rapids
On Thursday, Duluth Wolfpack Lacrosse took down Grand Rapids 14-5 in their season opening matchup.
Starting early with a 1-1 tie, the Thunderhawks put themselves on the board with a shot from Zeke Suber. The Wolfpack will respond quickly with a goal from Nicholas Misuraco.
In the second, Aidan Kilduff goes for the long distance shot to put Grand Rapids back on top 3-2. Less than a minute later Duluth’s Tommy Gillman ties things back up at threes.
Duluth would find their groove, putting themselves in the lead 5-4, Brennan McShane gives the Wolfpack another point to their tally, and the Pack takes off, winning 14-5.
