No. 3 Duluth East Shuts Out No. 13 Elk River

The No. 3 ranked Duluth East boys' hockey team scored seven goals and earned the shutout against No. 13 Elk River Saturday afternoon.

Austin Jouppi led the Greyhounds scoring two goals in the victory while Garrett Worth, Ricky Lyle, Carson Cochran, Ian Mageau, and Logan Anderson each tallied one goal. Parker Kleive earned 21 saves between the pipes.

Duluth East now sits 18-1-3 overall on the season. The Hounds will host Cloquet-Esko-Carlton on Monday.
