Duluth East boys hockey season ends early

The Duluth East boys hockey season has come to an end after a Greyhound player tested positive for COVID-19. This means the Greyhounds will not compete in the Section 7AA playoffs this year.

Head Coach Mike Randolph confirmed the news with WDIO.

Duluth East was coming off a 4-1 Monday night loss to Hermantown. They had two games left on their regular season schedule against Duluth Denfeld and Hibbing/Chisholm.
