Duluth, Minn. - The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) has four teams in various national rankings that were released on Monday.

The UMD Men's Hockey Team remains in the top spot in the and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine numbers as they gear up for their season opening series at home on Friday and Saturday vs UMass Lowell. UMD did play last weekend and fell 5-3 in an exhibition game vs Alberta. But, the preseason loss wasn't enough for the voters to drop the back-to-back and defending NCAA Champions from the top spot.
