UMD Falls From Top Spot in USCHO Men's Poll, Women's Team Drops Out of Rankings

Duluth, Minn. - The UMD Men's Hockey Team is no longer number one in the Division I poll, but they're still toward the top.

With a split at 7th ranked Denver, the Bulldogs fell from 1st to 2nd in the rankings. Friday's loss snapped a eight-game win streak. St. Cloud State is the new number one.

The bulldogs are idle this week - they'll host 17th ranked North Dakota November 30th and December 1st.

After they were swept at Ohio State, UMD Women's Hockey is no longer ranked, but they receive votes. They visit third ranked Clarkson Friday and Saturday.
