The event was originally scheduled for August 7-9 at Spirit Mountain. Due to Spirit Mountain closing their grounds for the remainder of the 2020 season, the event is looking at other places to hold the festival.

Organizers are looking to hold the event with modified courses and events. They plan to make a final decision by July 1.

Over the past six years, the festival has given back $240,000 dollars to local charities and the Duluth mountain biking trails.
