Minnesota, Wisconsin a hotbed of presidential campaigning

Minnesota and Wisconsin are proving their status as battleground states this election season with more than a dozen campaign events by major figures this month alone.

Wednesday's visit by President Donald Trump to Duluth will mark the ninth day that a member of the Trump administration or his family has visited Minnesota or Wisconsin since Sept. 1. A day after the president's visit to Duluth, Eric Trump will make two stops in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and then the president himself will return to Wisconsin for two events on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Jill Biden's visit to southern Wisconsin on Monday is the sixth visit by her, Joe Biden, or Kamala Harris to the states this month.

Here is a summary of campaign stops since the beginning of the political conventions:
