Sheriff Daniel Guida of the Aitkin County Sheriff's Office says investigators executed a search warrant on Monday as part of an ongoing investigation, which resulted in the arrest of the woman. Guida says she is either 57 or 58.

Guida says the woman lives at the facility, which is now known as Mount Royal.

Jason Steck, the attorney for Chappy's Golden Shores owner Trish Olson, says the woman was arrested as a result of an illegal search. Steck says authorities ended up going in and searching every tenants' room when the search warrant says they were only authorized to search "(a former resident's) bedroom, common areas, any business offices where Mount Royal business is conducted, and medical/pill/storage areas within this location."

The license for Chappy's Golden Shores was previously suspended after state investigators found violations had occurred.
