Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch says a 911 caller reported the incident at the Woodland Resort, located on Kabekona Bay in Shingobee Township, just after 3 p.m.  Authorities were told that the woman was found unresponsive in the water near a dock.

Individuals on the scene immediately began CPR and lifesaving efforts, but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.  An autopsy is scheduled with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.

On Wednesday, the sheriff's office identified the woman as 69-year-old Sandra Crow of Mora, Minn.

Besides the sheriff's office, North Ambulance, North Memorial Air Care, and the Walker Fire Department also responded to the scene.
