An auto shop in Orr is completely destroyed after raging flames.


The Northland FireWire reports crews arrived to Wally's Auto Shop off of highway 53 to find the building fully engulfed. It was reported around 1:45, and crews were still battling hours later.

The auto dealer and repair business was deemed a total loss and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Fire Marshals Office. The Orr Fire Department fought the fire with mutual aid from Cook Fire, Crane Lake Fire, Bois Forte Fire, Buyck Fire, and Orr Ambulance.
