Connect with employers at virtual job fair in April

The Northeast Minnesota Office of Job Training (NEMOJT) is hosting a virtual job fair in April. The event is April 13th and 14th.

Over 500 job seekers tried their first job fair, so they've decided to do it again.

Nearly 100 employers have signed up as well, and are hiring. "There's a really positive outlook. Employers are getting ready to run at full capacity, if they aren't already. We have employers who are significantly raising their wages, and job seekers don't want to miss out on that," shared Teri Dudley, a career counselor who is helping organize the event.

It may also be the time to find a new job. "If you're employed in a job and you're thinking at some point about changing careers, boy this might be the time," added Dave Cook, another career counselor.  "It's worth your while to go and see."
