DULUTH, Minn. - It was a spicy competition at the DECC Thursday.
Twenty-four different types of chilis were up for grabs at the at the 26th annual Head of the Lakes United Way Chili Cook-Off.

People's Choice: Duluth East Food For Thought Restaurant
Hottest-Yet-Edible: tie between Green Mill and Little Angie's Cantina
Vegetarian: Whole Foods Co-Op
Most Unique: Green Mill
Spicy Spirit: Whole Foods Co-Op
