They were held at 10:00 in the morning and 3:00 in the afternoon. A total of 2,382 Bulldogs walked the stage on Saturday, collecting their hard-earned diplomas.

One of this year's student speakers, Mike Kenyanya was appointed to be the student representative on the University of Minnesota Board of Regents.

Kenyanya was born in Nairobi, Kenya and is the youngest of five siblings.

He jokes that his biggest college regret was not being able to win an intramural basketball game.
