The University of Minnesota held its 40th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Tribute Concert virtually this year.

This year’s event also honored the life and legacy of the late Congressman John Lewis, who the event described as a “towering figure of the civil rights movement and member of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s inner circle.”

The event was hosted and curated by U of M alumnus G. Phillip Shoultz III of VocalEssence.

The concert is available to watch in full on the college’s YouTube page.
