Two Chisholm Houses Damaged in Fire

The Northland FireWire reports two houses in Chisholm were damaged in a fire around noon Saturday.

The blaze was originally reported as a shed fire, which then spread to two houses on 6th Street SW, according to the Northland FireWire. Both houses received a moderate amount of fire and smoke damage while the shed was destroyed.  

No injuries were reported, and the Red Cross is helping two adults that were impacted by the fire.

The Minnesota State Fire Marshal’s Office has been called in to investigate the fire.

The Chisholm Ambulance Service provided medical standby at the scene.

Chisholm, Hibbing, and Buhl firefighters responded to the fire.
