The Superior Police Department says charges have been referred in a fight at the Head of the Lakes Fair Tuesday evening.

Police say they responded to the Douglas County Fairgrounds around 6:25 p.m. with the report of a fight. Officers determined the fight involved two male teens: a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old. 

One of the teens had a knife and cut the other on the shoulder during the fight, police say. The injured teen was treated at the hospital and released. 

Superior Police say both teens were taken into custody and charges have been referred. Authorities did not identify the teens.
