Dave Leslie is a lifelong Vikings fan. He was there during the Minneapolis Miracle on Sunday, with his friend Brandt. "Just before the last play. We looked at each other, and said we're going to lose again. That's what we do. But then the play happened, and it was pandemonium. It was wonderful. I'm still on a high!"

There are plenty of Vikings decorations inside the office space at his company, Wear-a-Knit, in Cloquet. We stopped by on Tuesday, as the crew of about 30 was busy making hats and mittens for different customers.

They were even busier than usual this fall, when they had an order for 19,000 hats...for the Super Bowl!

"It was exiting. It was a lot of work, but it was work we liked having. I think we did a good job for them," Leslie said.

About 5000 are for VIPs who will be attending the big game in Minneapolis. The others are available at Target, through the company Askov Finlayson, which is run by Eric Dayton.

But when we went to the Duluth Target on Tuesday, we were told the hats didn't get sent up here. Instead, they are at the Targets in the Twin Cities area, closer to where the big game will be played on February 4th.

Then, when we tried to order them online, we got the "out of stock" message. Darn it!

"Maybe we'll get a back order," Leslie laughed. He's also hoping that the Vikes go all the way to the Super Bowl.

The Askov Finlayson store is selling hats that are similar to the ones available at Target. Here's a link:
