Second 1st Degree Murder Trial in Grahek Case Begins in Brainerd

The second 1st degree murder trial in the Will Grahek case began in Brainerd on Tuesday.

The presiding judge moved Deandre Davenport's trial out of Duluth because another defendant, Noah King, was recently convicted in St. Louis County and needed a jury who is unfamiliar with the case.

Jurors for Davenport's trial will be chosen over the next week.

The trial could run until Christmas and would continue after the holiday if needed.
