The restaurant announced Tuesday on Facebook that it will close after service on Dec. 29.  The post said "a dream was achieved" but the business was not generating enough revenue to stay operational.

"Our busiest, wildest nights never made up for our slow nights. We've operated with our own money and are not backed by banks or investors," the post says.

Members of the Sclavi family opened the business at 1106 Tower Avenue in fall 2014.  They had warned of a possible closure in 2015, but were able to stay open at that time.

The restaurant will continue to honor gift certificates and offer lunch delivery until it closes.
