Khloe Raiber and Kendra Lease love selling Girl Scout cookies. They're members of Troop 1720 out of Hibbing.

This year, they also collected donations so they could give boxes to deserving people. Khloe even made videos that her mom posted on Facebook.

Kendra said her uncle helped with her donations. And it was a big success!

150 boxes went to Operation 120, which is a group of people sending care packages to deployed soldiers.

Kendra said, "I thought it was a great idea. People can't come over and get the cookies. So then we could just give them to someone who had the opportunity to pass them out."

"I think it's sad for families who have to leave, but it's really good for our country," Khloe added.

Then, another 100 boxes went to other veterans living in the community. And 50 went to local heroes, like police and firefighters. Kendra delivered those on Tuesday.

According to the Andrea Raiber, their troop donates cookies to a different groups each year. Last year was essential workers.

Great job, girls!
