Traffic traveling on Garfield Avenue will shift to the eastbound side in a two-lane, two-way configuration as crews work in the westbound lanes.

Drivers won't be able to turn on or off Garfield, and traffic will be detoured onto West Superior Street and 5th Avenue West.

The project includes replacing pavement and constructing storm sewers. It is expected to last about three weeks.
