"This was one of her big wishes," Katy Hawley, Nathalia's mom, said.  "Her last wish was to have a prom."

Nathalia's cancer, osteosarcoma, has spread throughout her body.  Just a couple of months ago, she even lost the ability to walk, when it progressed to her spine.  It was then her doctors told her it was terminal.

"We wanted to make it the best moment we could for her while she was healthy," Katy said.

When one Minnesota organization found out, they came together to plan a day she'll always have with her.

"They made one of my wishes come true," Nathalia said.  "I made it to my prom."

Her courage is inspiring the world in more ways than one and now people from all over are showing their support.

"It makes me want to get back up again and keep going," Nathalia said.
