Emanuel J. Rodriguez was arrested on Saturday morning at the Wood City Music Festival in Cloquet. Acting Chief of Police, Carey Ferrell, said Omaha police requested their help on Friday. The Omaha police knew Rodriguez was coming to Cloquet with a band, and provided the Cloquet officers with a vehicle description.

According to the warrant out of Douglas County, Nebraska, Rodriguez was wanted on two counts of sexual assault of a child/3rd degree. The date of offense listed on the warrant was September, 2016.

At an extradition hearing on Monday, Rodriguez waived extradition, meaning he won't fight going back to Nebraska.
