A former Pengilly man will continue serving his life sentence. Audie Fox, now 66, had a life sentence review hearing on Tuesday.

According to the Department of Corrections, the commissioner continued Fox's case for 10 years. At that time, Fox will be up for another review.

Fox was convicted of shooting and killing Deputy Beefy Lawson in 1981.
