Man Who Started Synagogue Fire Arrested Again

Matthew Amiot, the man convicted of starting the Adas Israel Congregation Synagogue, has been arrested again. 


Duluth Police say he was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. A department spokesperson said he was a passenger in a car at the time and was taken to the hospital "for an unknown reason." He was later booked into the St. Louis County Jail.

It was not immediately clear why Amiot was arrested again. He was sentenced in late October to 90 days in jail and probation.
