In a Facebook post, Paine said it's been an honor to serve their hometown, but there is 'so much more left to do.'

Paine was elected in April 2017 to finish out Bruce Hagen's term. Hagen stepped down due to health issues. The post reads Paine will kick off his campaign Dec. 1 at the Carnegie Library.

Wisconsin's Spring Election is April 2.
