More help is available for those who want fix up their properties. The Duluth Housing and Rehabilitation Authority announced new programs that opened up on July 1st.

One is for homeowners, and is a zero-interest, zero payment loan for up to 15 years. 

Another is for rental property owners, and is also a zero-interest loan.

More people have been doing home improvement projects during the pandemic. And the goal of housing leaders is to see investment in our aging housing stock, so it can last another 50 years.
