Holiday Beer Raises Money for Bentleyville

Updated: November 15, 2019 10:42 PM

Bentleyville and Bent Paddle have teamed up to release a holiday-themed beer as part of a fundraiser Friday.

The Christmas Cookie Cream Ale is a Scandinavian spritz cookie with vanilla, almond, and cardamom. A portion of each holiday brew sold goes toward the Tour of Lights.

Bentleyville founder Nathan Bentley said, "We need a lot of funds to keep this event free and open to the public as we always have. All of these proceeds are going toward one of our brand new assets, which is a brand new $10,000 popcorn machine, which is going to help everybody get their popcorn faster and have a smoother in the wait line."

The Christmas Cookie Cream Ale is available at Bent Paddle Brewing. It will be sold at Grandma's Saloon & Grills beginning opening day for Bentleyville, November 23rd.
