HIBBING, Minn. - Hibbing Police say suspected kidnapping attempt was a false alarm. According to Chief Steve Estey, police officers spoke with the driver of the vehicle thought to be involved in an attempted kidnapping.


The driver was a worker for AEOA and was picking up a family for an appointment.

Police had said a man had asked kids waiting for the bus to get into his van.

An adult who was close by took pictures of the van.
