Harbor Pointe Credit Union proud to be hosting Giving Trees this season

Harbor Pointe Credit Union hosting Giving Trees for Harbor House

Harbor Pointe Credit Union is helping this holiday season by hosting Giving Trees for Harbor House Crisis Shelters.

The Harbor House Crisis Shelters in Superior are gearing up for the holidays. And they are doing so with the help of Harbor Pointe Credit Union.

Harbor Pointe now has Giving Trees at each of their locations.

Brian Thompson, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Harbor Pointe, said, “We are always looking for ways to get involved in the community. And we have awesome members that are always stepping up.”

The trees hold little ornaments that include a wish list for a person helped by Harbor House.

“So every year, Harbor House helps a few hundred individuals through our shelter programs,” explained Krystal Brandstatter, Executive Director of Harbor House. “And a lot of them don’t have a loved one who can just buy gifts for Christmas.”

You don’t have to be a member to come in and take an ornament.

Unwrapped gifts are due back by December 19th.
