GlobalEwaste Solutions Hosting Twin Ports Recycling Event

In an effort to reduce illegal dumping, GlobalEwaste Solutions is hosting the free Twin Ports Recycling event and Technical Support Donation to Local Non-profits on Saturday.

This programs allows folks to safely dispose their old equipment and have it put to good use by those in need.

"Part of being an e-Steward is a program called the Digital Equity Program where we essentially bring in equipment, wipe the data, sanitize it, refurbish that equipment, test it and re-deploy it back into the community," says Managing Partner, Global UA Solutions, David Potter. "It could be a non-profit organization, it could be a low income family."

Anyone can bring their cell phones, computers, TV's and much more to the Bayfront Festival parking lot on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
