Engwalls employees stood in front of the hospitals in Duluth on Wednesday morning to hand out the blooms. Each person got two bouquets. One for himeself or herself, and one to give away.

Rod Saline, president of Engwalls, said, "It's terrific. We deliver smiles every day. And when we have an event like this, and we're giving them away, it's extra special. People aren't expecting anything."

Saline said it only took 7 minutes to give away flowers to hundreds of people at St. Luke's. The campaign is nationwide, and involved all 50 states.
