Duluth Police say a 5-year-old is being treated for non-life threatening injuries after being hit by a car on Saturday night.

Police say the crash happened around 8:45 in the 2100 Block of W. 1st Street.

The 16-year-old driver was not injured, and police do not believe speed or impairment was a factor.

The incident is still under investigation.
