DECC officials say the Five Finger Death Punch concert will be postponed to a later date. Just an hour before the concert was scheduled to begin, the rock group Five Finger Death Punch had to cancel due to a medical emergency with lead guitarist Jason Hook.  The December 12th concert at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center's Amsoil Arena had been sold out.

DECC Marketing Coordinator Christina Johnson said they do not have the date or line up confirmed yet. DECC officials say tickets purchased for the concert will be valid for the rescheduled performance once it is announced.

Guests interested in refunds are asked to contact their original point of purchase.

As of Friday, there is no update on Hook’s condition.

There were more than 6,500 tickets sold for the sold out show.  Information about the rescheduled show will be released at a later time once it's confirmed.

The rock group said more information will be posted on its website, FiveFingerDeathPunch.com.
