Eskomo Pizza Pies will be serving sarma every Sunday during lent.

Sarma is a cabbage roll in a tangy sauce. It's served with creamy polenta and green beans.

Sarma is common to eat during the Easter season in Slavic households.

The recipe is based of Peter Radosevich's grandma's world recipe. He is the owner of Eskomo Pizza Pies.

Radosevich is hosting Sarma Sunday at his restaurant to help Cloquet's Queen of Peace School.

Sarma will be served again the last two Sundays of lent.
