The festivities will include breakfast at Eldorado at 8 am, a horseshoe tournament beginning at noon at $10 a person, and a pig roast at 5 pm.

They will also host the 4th Annual Walk for the Fallen leading from the El Dorado to Matthew Pionk Memorial Park at 10:30 am. People can gather 30 minutes prior to the walk to tell stories of loved ones who have passed.

Raffles will be held throughout the day and all of the proceeds will go toward helping veterans in need. The El Dorado raises funds to benefit veterans beyond the annual event with a meat raffle every Wednesday night.

Douglas County Veteran's Service Officer Brian Erickson said, "All of those funds that are raised go into the veterans in this Minnesota/Douglas County area, and are used to help prevent homelessness and those in need. So it's an on-going and continuous need, and thanks to the events here at the Eldorado, it's a continuous thing throughout the year."
