The City of Duluth has reopened Park Point to all Duluth residents after access was closed to non-residents of Park Point on Saturday.

Kate Van Daele, City of Duluth Public Information Officer says plows are expected to address the Park Point area on Monday, if they haven't already done so.

Morse and Buchanan Streets, in addition to the portion of Canal Park Drive that was closed have also been reopened to traffic.
