Man Charged For Allegedly Shooting at Vehicle

A man was charged on Wednesday after allegedly firing a gun at moving vehicle.

Robert Anthony Winston, also known as "Young," faces a Second Degree Assault for the use of a deadly weapon. This is for allegedly shooting a gun at a moving car. 

According to police, the person in that car was a middle man for Winston's alleged drug dealing. 

Police say this happened on the November 25th near Midtowne Manor. No one was hurt.

The shooting was investigated by Duluth Police and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force. Winston is currently in custody at the Saint Louis County Jail in Duluth. He is being held there on $100,000 bail.
