Police say a driver traveling eastbound on 4th Street ran the red light, and was then hit by another car traveling on 6th Avenue East.

A WDIO News crew on scene shortly after 11:45 noticed one vehicle that was flipped over on 4th Street, and another that was severely damaged on 6th Avenue East.

Police say there were no injuries that required hospitalization, but that the driver was cited for traffic violation.

Alcohol is not a suspected factor in the crash.
