The criminal complaint said that a woman came forward in January to report alleged inappropriate touching during the course of her medical treatment. The woman reported she had monthly pain management meetings with Dr. Draper.

According to the complaint, the woman said Draper touched her breasts, buttocks, and had kissed her. She reported this was non-consensual sexual touching.

The complaint said she used her phone to record one of the alleged incidents. She showed this to police, and the complaint said the video shows Draper grabbing and squeezing the woman's breasts, and kissing her on the lips.

The woman reportedly sought a new doctor, and told another physician about what had allegedly happened. She then received a letter from Draper terminating his relationship with her due to her filing a complaint against him.

WDIO has put a call into Dr. Draper for comment.

His first court appearance is scheduled for May 3rd.
