Cook County has opened its door to new refugees.

The board voted unanimously Tuesday to approve refugee resettlement. The 5-0 vote came after Pres. Trump asked all local governments to decide if they would like new refugees or not.

So far in Minnesota, Beltrami County is the only location that has voted to not accept any new refugees. St. Louis County pushed its decision to May after a massive, and divided response from residents.
