Community Action Duluth is still looking for more volunteers for their free tax site, which starts on February 1st.

There will be both virtual and in person options. You don't have to be good at preparing taxes, as there are a variety of roles like greeter.

Bernie Yazzie, volunteer coordinator, said, "Income taxes are not often understood. And volunteers feel very rewarded. They are helping someone. And it helps them understand as well."

CAD says about 1000 families who make less than $58,000 a year are helped each year, and get about $2 million dollars worth of returns.
