Chub Lake Tree Farm now open for the season

Chub Lake Tree Farm in Carlton has opened for the season.

Owner Tom Whorton says they currently have about 7,500 trees on their 10 acre farm.

The tree farm is taking COVID-19 precautions this year and will be wearing masks and maintaining social distance as necessary.  They asked that customers take those same precautions.

They also have lighted areas where customers can select pre-cut trees, wreaths, stands, etc., then pay at self-service red payment box.

The tree farm is open weekends from 10 a.m. until dark and Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. until dark.  

Chub Lake Tree Farm is located at 1867 East Chub Lake Road in Carlton.
